You need two reports from Seller Central: the Payments Report (Payments → All statements → Download report V2) and, if you sell to other EU countries, the VAT Transactions Report (Reports → Fulfilment by Amazon → Amazon VAT Transactions Report). You can upload multiple files at once and FBAtax detects missing periods.
